Online Booking & Sales Desk Routing

This automates stock checking at the Visakhapatnam plant or regional stockyards and speeds up formal Proforma Invoice generation.
Pricing & Quotations
Prices are determined daily using official pricing circulars released by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL). Final billed rates include the base circular rate per Metric Ton, 18% GST, freight charges based on delivery distance, and loading surcharges.
Smaller diameter rebars (8mm, 10mm, 12mm) require more pass cycles in rolling mills and higher production time per ton, resulting in a slight manufacturing premium per MT compared to heavy rebars (16mm to 32mm).
Quality & Technical Standards
Vizag Steel is a primary steel producer using 100% virgin iron ore processed through integrated Blast Furnaces and Ladle Refining Furnaces. This guarantees low sulfur and phosphorus levels, superior ductility (Fe 500D/550D), uniform rib pattern, and consistent tensile strength free from scrap impurities.
An official Manufacturer Test Certificate (MTC) issued directly by the RINL Quality Assurance department is dispatched along with the driver invoice for every truckload and can also be emailed in PDF format upon dispatch validation.
Ordering & Site Delivery
Direct factory dispatch requires a minimum quantity of 20 Metric Tons (Full Truck Load / FTL). Orders smaller than 20 MT are fulfilled through local distributor stockyards.
Truck loading is completed within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification by the sales desk. Transit time depends on destination distance, typically taking 2 to 5 business days for project sites across India.
