1. Agreement to Terms & Corporate Data Transmission
By accessing this portal, requesting price quotes, or submitting procurement forms, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, you acknowledge and consent that the data provided (Company details, contact info, material requirements) will be transmitted automatedly to the RINL corporate sales division to facilitate direct plant supply or routing via the authorized distribution channel.
2. Dynamic Pricing & Daily Circular Revisions
All prices listed or quoted on this platform are dynamic and subject to daily updates based on official RINL plant price circulars. Final pricing is only locked and confirmed upon successful validation by the RINL sales desk, receipt of 100% advance payment realization, and the issuance of a formal Proforma Invoice. Online quotes are valid for a maximum of **24 hours**.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Direct Plant Supply
Direct plant loading and the associated factory rates require a mandatory Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of **20 Metric Tons (equivalent to 1 Full Truck Load / FTL)** per size/grade combination. Orders falling below this MOQ will be routed through localized authorized stockyards, incurring standard local handling, storage, and logistics surcharges.
4. Payment Terms & Financial realized
All operations function strictly on a 100% advance payment basis or against confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC), as agreed prior to loading validation. Material release from the Visakhapatnam plant or regional stockyards is contingent upon 100% funds realization in our corporate bank accounts.

- Dispatch Timelines: Standard dispatch turnaround time is typically 3 to 7 working days following payment verification by the sales desk and data validation from the Visakhapatnam plant, subject to production availability and logistics constraints.
- Unloading at Site: Offloading the material at the delivery site is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly contracted otherwise in a separate written agreement.
- Weighment Standards: Weighbridge measurements recorded at the factory dispatch gate or designated stockyard weighbridges are final and binding for invoicing purposes.
6. Manufacturer Test Certificates (MTC) & Quality compliance
All supplied primary steel products are accompanied by an official Manufacturer Test Certificate (MTC) issued directly by RINL. Any claims regarding physical transit damage, dimension discrepancy, or weight variance must be reported formally within **48 hours** of material arrival at the site, supported by pre-unloading video/photo evidence.
7. Force Majeure
Neither RINL Sales Desk, our distribution network, nor the buyer shall be held liable for delivery delays or failure to perform obligations caused by natural disasters, industrial strikes, plant shutdowns, severe weather conditions, government regulations, or transit route blockages beyond reasonable control.
